I was looking at picking up a new car and a co-worker told me to look at Lia VW of Enfield, he and 2 other Co-workers had purchased a total of 4 cars through them and told me to go in and ask for Keri. I am very glad that I listened to their advice. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted, asked for Keri and she showed me exactly what I wanted to see, without trying to up-sell me on something I didn't want or need. She was extremely patient and gave me all the information that I asked for, and if she didn't know she went and asked. She is the most honest and professional salesperson I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. She even contacted me a few days after the transaction to ask how I liked the new car and making sure I was satisfied with it. The manager Chris worked with me to get me the best interest rate, and even went the extra step to make sure that the interest rate he offered was as close to what my credit union offered as possible. Bill in the finance office was very proficient as well, and again answered all the questions that I had.
Their sales are friendly and low-pressure. This dealership has always been accommodating when scheduling service on my GTI, which itself has been bulletproof. I'll be looking to trade up to a Golf R at some point, and I plan to do it with Lia.

The rear bumper paint did not match the trunk paint color, paint overspray under the hood and under the trunk lid. Bumpers and fenders poor alignment, driver door had 4" long paint crack from rear impact, trunk interior panels were scratched badly, only a car accident would cause this type of damage. I can keep going... They claim they are not body shop experts and they had no idea the car was in an accident... I asked is that why you were unable to sell this car since spring of 2017? They think customers are stupid and would buy the car thinking its accident free. Clean Carfax, I will report them to Carfax, they fixed the car and did not report it to carfax. Only a dealer has the money to repair a Corvette with this type of damage without filing an insurance claim. Liars-liars-liars....
Do not purchase anything from this dealership, Lied about the car condition. I drove 13 hours to go purchase the car from this dealer. I was told that the car had clean carfax and it’s a one owner pristine condition… When I inspect the car I find out that the car had been in an accident with damage to the front and rear of the car. When I started to point the issues with the car the salesman tells me that he is not going to disagree with me. However, they had no idea the car had been in an accident.
I have not had to deal with the service department yet, but if you are looking for a VW or Audi along with a great car buying experience I highly recommend going to see Keri at Lia VW.
