I recently found the Ford Explorer Sport Trac I was looking for at Balise. Called and made an appointment to test drive it and upon arrival was handed the Balise service records and car fax reports before I sat down. I test drove the car and bought it. Couldn't have had a better experience, highly recommend them to anyone, straight shooters, no hidden costs. Mali Miller, my salesperson, was professional in every sense of the word.
I recently bought a car at this dealer and the service was great. The guys were willing to do the leg work needed to get me into the car I wanted. I didn't get pressured at all. I would recommend this dealer to friends and family. The building does need some TLC though. The ceiling was leaking, and some of the chairs had seen better days, but the service was good.
