Customer service in this dealership is top notch. The salesman Devin was super friendly but every one was great as well. No pressure sales and they know their triumphs. Didnt ended up buying because I had some out of state issues on my part but they tried their best to help me. I will swing by this place again when Im in town. Thanks guys.

No high pressure sales. Friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic staff. Seamless process to secure financing and register with DMV. Don't have to talk to 20 people and haggle about prices to buy a bike, like at other dealerships. Prices are displayed and factory discounts are made readily available. Mechanics are friendly and accessible. Best motorcycle dealership I've been to. Devon, Shayla, John, Kat, Jen, Mark, and the rest of the staff are awesome!
I called 3 other dealerships before calling Mark's Motorsports. I have been riding dirt bikes for a while and this was the first quad I was ever going to buy. Mark's Motorsports was the only place I was actually treated kindly and they took the time to talk to me over the phone and go over some options and what my riding needs are. I was impressed enough that my wife and I made the drive out to see them. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted. Mark then took the next 45 min to go over the quad with me in detail. Not once did he pressure us to buy or ask about the numbers. When it came time to deal with the numbers I was pleasantly surprised. There was no haggling back and forth for an hour. I told him the money down and where we wanted to be and we quickly worked things out. The next day we came in to pick up the quad and we dealt with his wife in the finance office. She was equally as polite and efficient. We are both very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase an ATV, side by side, motorcycle, etc. I know we will certainly be coming back!!
I purchased a new Royal Enfield motorcycle and it was by far the single best motorcycle purchase experience I've had...EVER! Mark was incredibly informative about every aspect of the bike without pushing me a single bit. Jenn made the purchase process thorough and she made me aware of service opportunities that were of huge benefit to me.
