My Fiancé was killed by an unlicensed driver in 2003. When I sent a family friend to take my Fiancés personal effects out of his car (stereo equipment, baby seat, papers, etc.) from Boscos after they towed it there, they said they wouldnt give anything of value to me because the driver that killed him had an outstanding bill for the last time he had crashed his own car! How disgusting and inhumane! Then I called and asked that they cover my Fiancés wrecked car with something because I lived down the street and my young son and I had to drive by it, they threw a tarp on half the hood, which didnt cover hardly any of the damage, like they couldnt have cared less about my request. I hate you Boscos Automotive in Enfield CT!
Bosco's Automotive is fantastic. They diagnosed and fixed my car with great care and quality. My strut was blown out and was making horrible noises. They got me a great price on all new struts, shocks and fixed it in no time. Service was so far above and beyond the call. John is a great guy, highly recommend!!
I broke down on I-91 in the pouring rain and had to have my car towed and fixed, Bosco's was the closest tow and repair shop to where I was. The tow truck driver was awesome, super friendly and waited with me while my wife came to get me (about 15 minutes after he had the car loaded) and never once made it seem like I was putting him out. I was nervous I was going to be charged an arm and a leg for a simple repair having had a similar experience another time. Being at the mercy of the shop who towed you some will take advantage of that. Not these guys, I called the next day to see if they even had a chance to look at my car yet and was told my car was done and I could come get it whenever I wanted. The price for the repair was LESS than I thought it would be, so I had some other things I needed done for maintenance and asked if they could do that as well. They did all that I asked for and more, replacing burnt-out bulbs I didn't even know were out and letting me know I would need a brake job soon without pressuring me to let them do the job. Again the price was less than I thought it would be. This garage is about half way between my house and work so not really optimal for either to get service done, but I'm calling tomorrow to see about getting my brakes done. All the people I talked to on the phone were really nice and I couldn't be happier with this experience. I would recommend anyone, anywhere near this place, that needs repairs or service go here.
