14 days return policy. amazon and newegg are 30, most online retailers I ever bought from are 30. manager wouldn't care. Online retailers beat brick and mortar now in both price and convenience. Was also surprised by a smug attitude, feels so weird

My buddy and I went in this best buy and purchased a 50 inch tv the gentlemen who waited on us was great no complaints at all but the gentlemen before him not even hi how are can I help you find something .sometimes you will go in to this best buy and no workers will say boo and other times there so friendly. Go figure all I can say the help we got in that store was. Excellent guess service so we will go back to this best buy..

Went in to get a replacement phone and the woman who helped us was amazing! She had such great patience with me and my children! Answered all of my questions knowledgable!! Would definitely drive the extra distance to come back to this store!

Horrible experience. Came in looking for a phone repair, the screen is broken and there is a software problem. When I went to Geek Squad, they said they do not fix broken screens. I told them it was fine, but could they look into the software because my phone is acting up. They said "No, sorry we do not fix broken screens". Again I said "Thats fine, but can you look into the software?". Geek Squad again, "Sorry we do not fix broken screens". One last time I told them, "I am having issues with the software, not the screen." Geek Squad AGAIN has the audacity to say "Sorry we do not fix broken screens". I clearly asked about the software and not the screen. After that I proceeded to leave the store. Later I looked online and it says they do fix broken screens at the Enfield Elm Street location. If they do not, then contact Headquarters and have them change it online.

I went in to have a screen protector put on my phone a service I had done many time before I called the geek squad to make an apt. prior to coming in I told them exactly what I needed done. I went to the store once there they said that unless it was a specific screen protector they wouldn't do it. I begged to differ with the staff member since I was just in the store a few weeks ago with a different product and they installed it without any problems. My ire is the fact that if they a policy they need to be consistent with their policy they wasted my time on an extremely busy day for me (day before Thanksgiving) I was extremely upset they had a smug attitude about it. I will never shop there again.
