This Denny's is close to my house, so I tried it several times before giving up on it completely. Service is really uneven - sometimes you'll be seated right away and you'll get an excellent waiter/waitress, other times you'll seemingly be ignored. Everyone in my family has gotten food poisoning here at one time or another; the last time I was there, I ordered chicken fried steak and it was served smothered in spoiled gravy. There are other, much better, places to eat in Enfield.
Food was good even though it took forever to get it. The sides to the meal didn't even come until 15 minutes after the meal. Service could be better
Don't usually write reviews but after the experience my family and I had here felt the need to say something. We stopped in on a weekend for a quick breakfast/lunch, walked in and sat down near the hostess desk, it was not very busy, not a single person greeted us or took our name for a table. Multiple people at the front desk, no communication and the manager just walking around aimlessly in the back. After about ten minutes we were seated, they took people in before who walked in after us. The floors were very slippery, and the booth we got was still dirty and wet from the people before us. Salt and pepper completely empty. No utensils or napkins. We sat for about another ten mins before our waitress even spoke to us, took our drinks, and after about half an hour total of being here finally got our drinks and order taken. The waitress was actually pretty nice but had bad timing and left us sitting waiting. She only had one other table. We were very close to walking out but had already been there long enough and were very hungry. Food was okay but cold. At the end of the day, I highly recommend just not wasting your time here, terrible service no smiles or communication among the staff. Very poor experience maybe yours will differ
This place was so disgusting and dirty. I could not believe that anyone would eat there. The floor was so dirty and we slipped in a big grease spot. I will never go there again.
Terrible service. Waitress is rude. Silverware was thrown on the table. We asked for more sugar and she threw it in the table. Also said that she has some other guests and that she HAS to take care of them . Last I checked we are paying customers as well. Worst service I have ever received at Dennys
