I was impressed with their chicken sandwich when they first opened. The chicken was huge, juicy, and better than any other chicken sandwich I've had. It didn't take long for things to change though. The last couple of times I ordered here I was disappointed. There was a small piece of chicken that covered only half of their bun, and there was an abundance of fat in it.
For a fast food place the chicken sandwich was very good. You place ypur order and then go to the side to wait for your food. Went during after xmas week and it was extremely busy. Had to wait a little while. But the food was hot and fresh when we received it. Clerks were pleasant and working very hard to keep up with the demand.
Not good, could of been better, today was the first visit that I have made to any chick-Fil-A . it was like I was being tried in the court of law, I was only asking for the money that I gave them, $6.56 , the manger I believe his name is Steve, was talking to Mr like I enjoyed or should o say felt comfortable with telling himself and 2 others that I was dissatisfied. I understand that we all have different tastes in seasons, I mean how he handle this was without good customer service, manners, because of that I told a few people who is dear to me, like my mother because I WS late picking her up, not to mentioned that I explain to the store manager that I have choir rehearsal @6 and he said oh no we don't want to hold you up , but still continue to offer other food items I said "No thank you" he insisted so he begins to make more food such as chicken nuggets, by then I said would you please give me my refund back thanks, at the register he went on how he will not take out for the 2bites of the chicken Deluxe, and so had fraction that out to be half
Spicy Southwestern Salad great! It's spicy and very flavorful. Great with the chili-lime dressing.
First visit ever to one of these restaurants the place was crowded fast service but the food wasn't that great everything came out was cold even my sandwich.. very disappointing
And a few waffle fries I mean literally 3 -4 French fries and fraction that out to be half as well. He said I will not take that out as if I just went in and planned for this outcome. In which I did not, that was bad business.
