Worst customer service I've ever delt with. My fiancé proposed in jan, we had to get the ring sized, which they sized me wrong twice..and it took them till July to get it back to us. Offered us a discount but when it came time for that the district manager denied it to us. And refused to take back the ring... Even corporate was no help. Had to report them to BBB to get a 200$ gift card...big deal compared to a really pricey engagement ring... we are never shopping there again.
