Love this store and the sales representatives!!! upset that they no longer have a credit card to service the customers!!! Over all a nice store with great service
Another jeweler took a look at the ring and had an entirely different opinion. No problem, and in their estimation the ring was in great shape with very little wear. All it needed was slight reinforcement in one small area, which they did happily.
Brought in a family heirloom ring to be resized and were essentially told it could not be resized, that we needed to transplant the diamond off of it to a new band. (Whether we were explicitly told it couldn't be done, or simply "cautioned" against it, I don't recall exactly.)
This second jeweler who had no reservation about resizing it also appraised the ring at $6000 more than Hannoush had previously appraised it at.
I always feel like Hannoush is like dealing with the devil.
Deeply dissatisfied with our dealings with this store.
If you're looking for a jewelry store, it will fit the bill. If you are looking for a skilled jeweler, go elsewhere.
The people in that store are amazing! So nice and helpful. Defiantly my new goto for my family's jewelry. Thank you guys for your help
