First time mom. I have always went to Pioneer Valley in Longmeadow my whole life as a child. Great experience. Staff are great, wait time isnt long. I went to this one in Enfield and can I say that I'm glad my son wasn't dying. I called the 24H two days before I had came into this location. They had said if he starts to wheeze to call. So the moment he had his first wheeze I called immediately. First off, the lady who answered the phone was rude. Told her he's been coughing for a couple of days, elevated him,humidfier,etc. She makes a comment saying "wow you just now noticed your son has been coughing." I had to repeat myself at least 3 times saying like I've before he's been having a cough. And he just wheezed. So I am doing as what the 24H line had told me to do when he starts to wheeze. The lady puts me on hold 4times. And goes wish you wouldve called earlier to come in with a nasty attitude. As I told her I live about 30mins away depending on traffic. I can get there today. Then she tells me I need to hurry up and get there. As I get there and check in. I'm in the waiting room for 35mins. And took another 20mins to even see the doctor. So much for being rushed and rudely spoken to, to wait to be seen. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go to the Enfield office. Not only that theyre rooms are not stroller friendly
They have a great staff. The Doctors are wonderful. My son has been going here
My Daughter Was Seen Here A Week Ago By Dr.Segool And He Is The Rudest,Meanest Person I Have Ever Met In My Life. I Have Already Transfered Her This Was My First And Last Time Here!!!
I wouldn't take my children anywhere else! The staff and doctors here are superb! I also love that they are not quick to write a script and they take a more holistic approach first. Being open 365 days a year is also incredibly helpful.
