Shop Rite From Home is the service available. I have been using this service weekly for about 6 months with no complaints. My grocery items are selected as I would select them. The staff is phenomenal and the time it saves me is valued. Try it once and you'll never do your own grocery shopping again.
Great experience tonight. The cashier was excellent. She put all my bags in my cart. I really appreciated that after working all day.The sale items were a good deal.

I am having a birthday party for my sister this weekend and went to ShopRite to pick up a few things. They had a great deal on soda. Her absolute FAVORITE soda is Dr. Pepper so we definitely needed a 12 pack or two. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find any, but a friendly associate was stocking the shelf and she asked if I needed any help. She then went to the back and brought out 6 cases of Dr. Pepper for me. I was super grateful. However, that's not where the story ends. Later when checking out the lines were pretty long and I was thinking I might be late to work. But then the same awesome associate came over to open a register and we were able to check out on time! I was blown away by my experience today, special thank you to Iris (the ShopRite associate)!!!! She truly went above and beyond and provided amazing customer service today. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

I keep going back to this store because of the products and prices, but I often leave with a bitter taste in my mouth I have so many bad experiences shopping at this store with staff, I’m led to believe that they are racist in this store, I have been treated very poorly, at the customer service desk when I use the western union service, I have been given false information, when I called western union 800 I was told the information was wrong, I waited another time over an hour to return a money order I didn’t use, The lady at the desk was hesitant in giving me my refund I had to call western union, I have had many bad experiences at this customer service desk, this is just to name one my list can go on when to use these services at Shop Rite of Enfield another time I went to pick up my daughter’s graduation cake,i had an item I want to returned so I returned it at customer service and paid for the cake there, after my transaction I went back to pick up a container of strawberries, I headed to self check out this time and targeted by a store employee about my cake that I already paid for, when I try to use the self check of to pay for my strawberries. Another time I was shopping here and I went to check out with a cart full of groceries and a staff member was very adamant that I go to self check out the store was really busy that day and I went with the thought someone was going to assist me with all this grocery to pack and check out, I had my 4 years old son with me and it was so much dealing with the boy and have to check out all that grocery and pack them away, another staff member who realize what was going on came over to my assistant and cancel my order and took my grocery back to a check out line check me out and pack my bags we need more people like her. Just today I went there to get cake and flowers for my Aunt Birthday I went to the flowers shop, the employee totally ingored me when I try to get her attention, she walk away and the look on her face was very unfriendly, when she returned I ask her for help with an arrangement of flower, and she rudely told me if I wanted it I would have to pay for it with this in mind I didn’t go to this store looking nothing for free. I walk away and went to the help desk, the lady at the desk was just a rude she held her head down the entire time doing whatever she was doing as if I was invisible, eventually when I ask to speak to the manager she pick her head up and look at me, and said you have issues at the flowers shop how can I help u, I ask her to get a manager and she went for Tom the store manager who said this this kind of behaviour was unacceptable. This store need to retrain it’s emoloyee because I hate the feeling of been singled out as a black person living and shopping in a predominantly white neighborhood. My list of experience is so long I could go on. I’ve been a customer to this store for over five years but lately I’m been thinking twice spending my hard earn money here.
