Have been here before and it was fine. Very clean, nice people. However, someone walked in after me with their mom an they were taken first. The man told me it was lunch time and it would be 5 minutes. Ok, when someone finally came out, he did my feet and was anything but gentle. Nails look good, got home tonight and there is a big gouge taken out of my skin under my right big toe, he could see I was uncomfortable but kept going...not happy
Very pushy and deceiving. I waited a very long time with my feet in the water for a pedicure. When he finally got there he did a quick pedi and cut my big toe! He was in such a hurry not worth what I paid for. They are more attentive when they are not busy and do a much better job. But the manager is always trying to fit way too many people in and makes the quality go down. And he's so pushy about cash tip. He demands a tip for every service. I did a full set gel mani, a pedi and eyebrows and I was kinda pushed to tip each person individually and it had to be cash. Why can't I just tip on my card for all services? Tried this place 3 times just to see if it was just a bad day but I'm defenitely not going back.
Awful experience. Total waste of money. The TV is SO loud! Awful.
They always do my nails perfectly, they are very nice, and the nails stay on for months! The leg massages are amazing to. So glad I discovered this place!
At first, I was in love with place. Yes, they take longer to do a service than most places, but the gel nail polish will last until you take it off. They are generous with massages while you are getting your nails done and the girl I had always did my french perfectly. The girl that does my lashes is also very good and the lash prices are better than most places. Recently, however, they have messed up my appointments. I had to wait 45 minutes in between getting my lashes done and getting my nails done. Most recently, I made an appointment for a gel manicure on my lunch break and had to wait 30 minutes. I explained to them that the purpose of making an appointment was to be seen at that time, I explained I was on my lunch break. I was seen at that point. They did not offer a discount or even offer a free chair massage during my wait due to their mistakes. They do not understand the meaning of customer service. Additionally, the base color for my manicure was chosen for me, not my choice but it took an additional amount of time because I was distracted watching TV before I noticed my nails were pink. I should have gotten up and left then, but I let the girl finish. I was therefor 1.5 hours for a gel manicure. Basically, customer service is poor, gel quality is good.
