"Simply Perfect".... this was my second time using Joe and his team from Castle Express Moving. Both experiences were wonderful. Everyone is very professional and treats all pieces of furniture like their own. The movers went out of their way to help set everything up and make our new place feel like home the first night. Really can't say enough about the professionalism from this company. We had a very difficult & complicated move. Joe & his crew were amazing. They packed & moved us with great care! Arrived when they said they would & got the job done! When I started to get overwhelmed, there was always a guy there with a box & a good idea. They followed my crazy color coding system to help make certain that boxes got to where they needed. They even accommodated us when our dates change unexpectedly. Awesome!

This was the first time using Castle Express Moving. The company was recommend by local neighbors. My family and I are extremely happy we choose Joe and his crack team of very professional and friendly movers. Joe, the owner, worked with us every step of the process and was very accommodating when our move date was still up in the air. The crew of four showed up on time, kept the furniture and boxes moving (pun intended) and had us moved into our new place with no major problems. There was one causality - a plastic lamp shade. Oh well, I can handle a small broken plastic lamp shade considering how well the entire move went. My wife and I will definitely use Joe again and will recommend his company to all of our family and friends.
I have used Castle Express Moving twice. I have found them to be friendly, efficient, careful, and reasonably priced. The owner, Joe, is warm, extremely accommodating, and communicates promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Western Mass and Hartford / North Central CT area.
