This place is so unprofessional and they only care about what's convenient for them.
For one, it's not at 100 High Street, so that needs to be changed so people aren't aimlessly driving around to find this building.
Another issue with this office is that I wrote my name on the sign in sheet today, the woman took in a few people who were signed in before me, skipped my name, then she took in a couple people who were signed in after me. That's when I started to get frustrated.. At this point I've already waited over an hour.
Then the woman at the front desk takes the sign in sheet away, I get up and ask what's going on, and she rudely said that the woman isn't taking any more people today. That I could come back Friday if I wanted to. Why skip my name and take other people but not take me? Let alone not tell me. I sat there and waited for no reason. That's time I could have been at work making money to provide for my child.
