I walked in today at 9:15am & was greeted by Vanessa. She walked over & said hello it's nice to see you back. She was very polite & knew how my hair was cut previously. Vanessa again gave me the most efficient & thorough haircut I ever had that I could remember. Vanessa was professional, courteous & highly experienced. I've been going to this great clips for almost 2 years. 10 different hair stylists that have cut my hair & I'll keep coming back & refer other friends & family thanks to Vanessa & great clips Enfield Ct.

We stopped in since there was no line and we had just left Costco. What a mistake. We felt like we were intruding and interrupting them. Then the complete lack of hair education was embarrassing, the girl told us she couldnt scissor cut the top of my sons hair bc it wouldn't change how it already looked and that she'd try her best to fade it but it wasn't something that would look good on him. Then she cut up the back of his neck and tried to cover it up saying it was there before we came in and that he clearly bruises easily. the manager was so horribly rude. I literally left crying, all for a boys haircut that normally takes 5 minutes. One of girls was super nice and did a great cut on one of my boys but the other two were just plain nasty. Save your money and your sanity. Unless you plan to enter the twilight zone of rudeness.
I'm a guy... I never cared much for a stylist. My hair is pretty simple. One day I dropped in and Diane cut my hair and she had crazy attention to detail. I will never go to anyone else.
