I went to bed bath and beyond in order to buy some towels. I was able to get what I needed quickly and efficiently here. I did find the price to be a little higher than expected but the quality of the towels was great. They are soft and I will probably go back to get more of them. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and that is the reason for the 4 stars

Well-stocked. Clean. Friendly staff. Wait time in lines is usually 0 to 3 minutes. Easy return policy. Easy parking.
FYI: Watch out for poop, there's a pet store next door, poop bags are located on parking lot, but some pet owners don't use them.
Ordered online to pick up in store. Online it says pick up item at customer service desk. Waited in that line, got ignored by clerk when line cleared (I was the last person). I said I am here to pick up my order and she told I had to wait in the regular line to get my item from them. Regular line had 25 people waiting (weekend before Christmas). What is the point of ordering online to pick up in store? Will not go here again.
I LOVE this store!! They carry every household item you could think of and more!! Store is expensive, but you can pretty much always find a 20% off coupon somewhere
