I have rented from the Enfield, Ct. branch several times a year for the past five years and can not say enough good things about the staff at this site. The employees are very knowledgeable and efficient.
The customer service at this location was excellent. I was greeted quickly and they found my reservation very fast on their system and processed my rental in very little time. The one issue I had was that the car given to me was not in the greatest of conditions. The inside and the upholstery smelled of cigarettes, and the upholstery was stained with what appeared to be spilled liquid. The car itself drove nicely and got good gas mileage, however, the hubcaps were bent and made the ride on the highway noisy. At one point it seemed like the hubcap was going to come flying off. It is not the location's fault, however, it would be nice to have better attention to detail for all the areas of their vehicles.
I recently rented a car from this location on my lunch break as soon as I walked in everyone acknowledge me and said hi which was nice way to start off .. I had the pleasure to work with Sarah who had everything ready and me back at work in time.Sarah is by far a great asset to this location and company she is very respectful and helpfull employee I will be back... Excellent customer service
